Jose Chameleon Confirmed for UK Convention

Jose Chameleon performs at Badilisha launch in KampalaFollowing his sell-out show last year, and the crowd-pulling Badilisha concert in Kampala last month, Jose Chameleon has been hot cake for a UK Badilisha show this year. The main contenders were Exposed Uganda, who organised his Valu Valu Tour last year, and organisers of Uganda Convention in UK who already had kadongo kamu singer Mathias Walukagga and Sophie Nantongo on their line-up. Convention had First Lady Janet Museveni last year and President Museveni is rumoured to be attending this year.

Exposed Uganda say they had agreed a deal with the singer with a deposit paid although they were yet to agree to the singer's final price but already hold a UK working permit for the same period for Jose Chameleon. Uganda Convention is said to have stepped with a promise to match better Exposed Uganda's offer, a bigger deposit and ofcourse the high profile platform. They were advised to travel to Uganda to seal the deal with 'money on the table', hence the 'confirmation' of Jose Chameleone performance at the Uganda Convention UK 2013 at Troxy Arena on 14th Sept.
